For nearly 60 years and three generations, Hansen Packing Company has been delivering Fresh, Wholesale Meats to customers all across Illinois. We have delivery trucks that operate (5) days a week and meet the demands of nearly 200 clients every week of the year. Hansen Packing is a wholesaler of the freshest Mid-Western Beef, Pork and Poultry to Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Bar & Grills and other Meat Processing Plants. Our Quality of Service is second to none and we strive to make sure every order is perfect before leaving our plant.

- No Order is too small or too big. We deliver in most areas (2) days a week MINIMUM, so customers can keep their Inventory Low and Product Fresh

- Hansen Packing specializes in Custom Cuts of Beef & Pork for your Menu Items. Portion Controlled and Packaged per Client's Request

Custom Processing

Hansen Packing Company is THE place to have your Beef or Hog custom processed. Many families have made Hansen's their choice for Custom Processing for more than (3) generations. New customers have access to our Processors' expertise in taking cutting instructions to ensure they will receive exactly what they want. Return customers have their previous orders on file which helps tremendously when you have been coming back year after year.

Our schedule is FULL year round, so make your appointment today to bring in your home grown Beef or Hog. All Custom Slaughters are performed on Wednesdays and Thursdays (if needed).

Retail

In May of 2007, the doors to Good Buddy's Meat Market opened. Our customers asked for a storefront to buy all their favorite meats from Hansen Packing, and we gave it to them. Come in and shop around in our new 700 sq. ft. retail shop. Here you can find all your favorite Hansen Meat Items, along with Fresh Cut Beef Steaks, Roasts, Pork Steaks, Pork Chops and Ground Beef Chuck that is made Daily!
